Food: 101 quarts of Sauerkraut
My sisters, Missy and Opal, purchased eight cabbages from a girl at work. They were $3 each and those suckers were huge!
We all gathered at Mom and Dad's house today and made kraut. 101 quarts to be exact! Yum!!
We made way over 100 quarts last year; I believe it was around 120 actually; and they turned out fantastic! As a matter of fact we have less than 20 quarts left.
