Homeschool: Sunset on Pine Mountain

On our way home from our field trip to the Museum of Appalachia and Pinnacle Overlook at Cumberland Gap, we stopped on Pine Mountain near Whitesburg, Ky to watch the sun set. Wasn't it amazing?

    I am wondering if you have a recipe for chow chow . have found several on the internet not sure they are the same as my mother made there on cowan
