Peanut Butter English Toffee Pie

Peanut Butter English Toffee Pie
1 (8oz) Cream Cheese (softened)
1 cup Confectioners Sugar
2/3 cup Peanut Butter (creamy)
1 (8oz) Cool Whip
1/4 cup Milk
1 (8oz) bag Heath English Toffee Bits 

Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar, milk, and peanut butter together until creamy and smooth. Add in the Cool Whip and English Toffee Bits, mix until well blended. Put in a baked pie shell or a graham cracker pie shell. Drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle a few toffee bits on top. Chill before serving.
